How it works: a threshold breach in the home raises an alert on the dashboard and routes a notification to the on-call clinician by their chosen channel. Escalation ladder and channels are configurable per programme. In a centre a technician is at the chairside; in the home this path is what carries the same signal to a clinician who can act.
